You have probably heard to old saying that eating fish makes you smart, but did you know that eating fish can make you

to much mammal fat or calories. If you have never prepared fish before, start out with something easy such as tilapia fillets.
Tilapia fillets are cheap, easy to prepare, and easily available in most parts of the world. There is also a multitude of different
tilapia recipes available online so finding a tilapia recipe that you like is certainly not hard. You can for instance try this
Mexican inspired tilapia recipe where the strong spices will give your metabolism a real boost.
Start by mixing together 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lime juice, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 teaspoon of chilli powder,
1 teaspoon of cumin, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper, and 1/8 teaspoon of salt in a bowl.
Spread the mixture evenly over 3/4 pound of tilapia fillets. Heat up 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a big non-stick skillet over
medium-high heat. Place the tilapia fillets in the skillet and saute’ until the fish is just cook through. This will usually take
around 2-4 minutes per side. Serve immediately.
